This larges but quiet apartments are ideal for families or couples offering 3/4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a large lounge area,a large terrace and a private garden in front of the sea(the ground floor) . The view from the terraces are spectacular, looking over the whole Puerto Pollensa Peninsular, across the clear blue open sea and a backdrop off the stunning Formentor mountain range.
The kitchen is full equipped and spacious. It has a oven, dishwacher , fridge microwave, and eating area. There is also a laundry.
The Interiors are very Spacious, bright and airy and are furnished and equipped to a high standard.
The house is in the prime situation of puerto pollensa in front of the beach in pine walk were there is no restaurants or shops. However it is in easy reach of the town centre.
Oh! by the way, the distance from the front gate to the beach is 2 metres.

Extra servicing is available if required but will be extra and payable in advance. Ground floor and first floor in the same building.
