Our villa is situated within 5 minutes drive of the 3 fantastic golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas, on the southern Costa Blanca.
We are also within 10 minutes drive of wonderful Blue Flag beaches at La Zenia, Mil Palmeras and Campoamor and the lovely marina at Cabo Roig.
Typically Spanish cities such as Orihuela, Murcia, Cartagena are all well within 1 hours drive from us, and we are around 20 minutes from the vibrant Spanish seaside town of Torrevieja.
The villa is extremely well appointed with all facilities you might need for a relaxing holiday.

There is a large shaded porch with garden furniture, perfect for keeping cool in the heat of the day! The garden wraps around the villa, and gives you 2 parking spaces and room for children to play in a safe, enclosed environment. We have the lovely garden maintained all year round.
The villa has use of a communal pool with childrens splash pool set in secure landscaped gardens.
The villa is situated in a quiet, established residential area. Within a few minutes walk is a wide selection of local bars and restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets etc.
Villamartin Plaza, which has an array of restaurants and shops to suit all budgets is within 3 minutes drive or an easy stroll, and is a lovely place to spend a lunchtime or evening!
We can provide you with contact details for all local golf courses if required.
We can help you with finding car hire and give you local information before you go. Our management agent can meet you at the airport if you wish, take you to the beach for the day, or transport you to the supermarket if you are doing a large shop, all for a reasonable charge.
