Our villa is situated within 5 minutes drive of the 3 fantastic golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas, on the southern Costa Blanca.
We are also within 10 minutes drive of wonderful Blue Flag beaches at La Zenia, Mil Palmeras and Campoamor and the lovely marina at Cabo Roig.
Typically Spanish cities such as Orihuela, Murcia, Cartagena are all well within 1 hours drive from us, and we are around 20 minutes from the vibrant Spanish seaside town of Torrevieja.

The villa is extremely well appointed with all facilities you might need for a relaxing holiday.

Open plan kitchen, fully fitted with everything you need.
Downstairs toilet Fully tiled with loo and wash hand basin.

1ST FLOOR
Double bedroom with large fitted wardrobe, double bed, side tables with lamps, private balcony to front.
Twin bedroom with twin beds, side table with lamp, fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom Fully tiled, with bath with shower over, wash basin, loo, bidet, large bathroom cabinet and well-lit mirror.

2ND FLOOR
A large secluded sun terrace with sun loungers.

OUTSIDE
There is a large shaded porch with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for keeping cool in the heat of the day! The garden wraps around the villa, and gives you 2 parking spaces and room for children to play in a safe, enclosed environment. We have the lovely garden maintained all year round.

The villa has use of a communal pool with childrens splash pool set in secure landscaped gardens.

The villa is situated in a quiet, established residential area. Within a few minutes walk is a wide selection of local bars and restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets etc.
Villamartin Plaza, which has an array of restaurants and shops to suit all budgets is within 3 minutes drive or an easy stroll, and is a lovely place to spend a lunchtime or evening!

We can provide you with contact details for all local golf courses if required.

We can arrange pick up from Alicante or Murcia airports, help with carhire etc., and local information before you go! We can arrange a welcome pack for your arrival, and we have the services of a management company to show you into the villa and for you to contact in the event of any problems while on holiday.

Notes
We ask for £50 per week deposit with your booking, and the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
To save you doing any chores during your precious holiday time, there is a 60 euros charge payable locally on key collection to cover cleaning, laundry etc.
We reserve the right to charge a security deposit.
Clients are required to have their own comprehensive travel insurance before arriving.
