Description: |
The Villa is detached and located on a large 400m2 corner plot in a residential area (urbanizacion) in the San Miguel region, which is a 20min walking from the very popular Villamartin plaza, Torrevieja area.
It has its own private 9x5m kidney-shaped swimming pool, the complete Villa a build area of 165 m2 and is located just 5Kms (10min drive) from many glorious Costa Blanca sandy beaches.
A frequent shuttle bus service will take you down to the nearest beach, so you dont even need a car, though I would always advise one to explore the area!
Two main airports are Alicante/45min drive & Murcia San Javier/25min drive.
The Villa is conveniently located close to many golf courses, including Villamartin whose entrance is only a 25 minute walk away. I even have a set of Golf clubs I can lend you.
Main 2-bed Villa
The Main part of the Villa consists of 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (king-size bed with ceiling fan in one room and a double plus single bed in the other), bathroom with shower, spacious lounge with air conditioning (heating & cooling), plus gas-fired heating, cloakroom area, large kitchen, enclosed patio, sunny balcony with awning and a massive roof solarium, with distant sea view over the golf course.
Supplied with all home comforts including SAT T.V (BBC, CH4, Sky, etc.), dishwasher, hi-fi, hair dryer, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, bedding, towels and outside furniture.
Villa under-build 1/2-bed Apartment
Underneath the Villa is a self-contained 1/2 bedroomed Apartment (containing a double and single bed and double sofa-bed in separate room) with one wall of fully fitted mirrored wardrobes and en-suite shower/WC room. It has its own lounge, dinning area and small kitchen fitted with twin hobs, extractor, fridge and washing machine. All home-comforts are contained such as SAT T.V, portable hi-fi, hair dryer, fridge, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, bedding, towels and outside furniture.
Villa Grounds
There is a BBQ, large garage (Games room containing dart board and more). The pool has a shower ann there is also a small Mediterranean palm tree garden with fountain and is paved everywhere else. At the back of the Villa youll find a hammock hanging between two pillars for those lazy afternoons.
Local Area
Within a 3 to 5min stroll there is a selection of pubs and restaurants of different nationalities; German, British, Chinese and Irish. If, however, you want more choice then the Villamartin complex is a 20min walk away which contains a wide variety of pubs/restaurants (approx.30), shops and a small supermarket, perfect for the day-to-day essentials.
Booking:
Deposit of 20% required with remainder due 8 weeks before your arrival.
Refundable security deposit of £100 taken for the Villa under-build 1-bed Apartment, £200 for the 2-bed Main Villa and £300 for the complete 3/4-bed Villa.
Change-over day is Saturday during July and August, but flexible any other month.
