Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Luxury apartment in the best location in Banus. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is a large lounge and fully equipped kitchen with microwave and usual facilities. There is also a terrace for outside dining. There are great mountain views to wake up to or sip a drink and watch the sun go down. South facing for all day sun.


DISHWASHER, WASHING MACHINE, IRON & HAIRDRYER.

SKY Sat TV. Kids Playground on site.

Large Pool including kids area. Cot available.

The beach is a short walk away and has water sports facilities. The town centre and Marina are only 10 mins WALK away - no need to drive there and try and find parking!
The on site golf course is called Dama de Noche as it is the only 24 hour golf course in Europe- play at night by floodlight and see how you do. Tennis courts are also on site. There is a childrens playground on the complex.

Quiet and peaceful location for a relaxing stay.

Secure apartments with porter at entrance 24 hours.
