Great, spacious beautiful, modern, this lovely town house is just 5 minutes to the beach and Fuengirola town center. Children can walk to the night clubs, very safe, the swimming pool is sorounded by lovely green and pine trees, palm trees, just perfect to relax in.
Pepople always say the pictures are not as good as the house, so Im pleased to hear that.
The house has 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The house is just 5 minutes walk to restaurnats and supermarkets and about 20 minutes walk to the beach, 5 min by car. A beautiful residencial area of EL Coto on the way to Campo Mijas.

Nearest Airport is Malaga just 30 minutes.
From airport there is a train service to fuengirola every 30 minutes cost 3 euros each.
Then a taxi to Villa 10 euros.
Or private transfers from Malaga airport to Villa by taxi about 30 euros. aprox. GBP20.00 each way.
