"One up from the ground floor" (called "first floor" in Spanish), this cozy front line apartment has a large terrace in the front, with a magnificent view of the beach and the Bay of Pollença.
Fully equipped American-style kitchen, ample living/dining space, separate bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom. Sofa in the living room converts into two separate beds, so a total of 4 people can be accomodated comfortably. Air conditioning.
The beach, the biggest and without a doubt the best beach on all of the Bay, is only steps away, and it is just a short, interesting,10 minute walk (about 400 meters) along the beach to the charming port and town.
