This cozy first floor apartment has a large terrace in the front, with a magnificent view of the beach and the Bay of Pollença. To bathe, or to feel the warmth of the sand beneath your feet, all you have to do is cross the street. This beach is without a doubt the biggest and best in all of the Bay.

Fully equipped American-style kitchen, ample living/dining space, separate bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom. Sofa in the living room converts into 2 separate beds, so a total of 4 people can be accomodated comfortably. Central air conditioning, and overhead fan in the bedroom for those who might prefer it.

The charming port and town are just a short, interesting 10 minute walk along the beach.

Especially those who don't yet know Pto Pollensa should be sure to see the last foto, which gives you an idea of the spectacular surroundings and where the apartment is located.

Please note that during June-Sept, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday. Also, please note that if the apartment here appears to be taken, we have another apartment in the same building which might still be available (also Sat-Sat), so don't hestitate to ask.
