Just made available as from Feb '12! This cozy first floor apartment has a good-sized terrace in the front, with a magnificent view of the beach and the Bay of Pollença. The view is like a seascape painting but with animation/ "come to life!" To bathe, or to feel the warmth of the sand beneath your feet, all you have to do is cross the street. This beach is without a doubt the biggest and best in all of the Bay.

Fully equipped American-style kitchen, ample living/dining space, separate bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a full bathroom. Sofa in the living room converts into 2 separate beds, so a total of 4 people can be accomodated comfortably. Central air conditioning, and overhead fan in the bedroom for those who might prefer it.

The charming port and town are just a short, interesting 10 minute walk along the beach.

Especially those who don't yet know Pto Pollensa should see the last foto, which gives you an idea of the spectacular surroundings and of where the apartment is located.

Please note that during June-Sept, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Also, please note that if the apartment here appears to be taken, we have another apartment in the same building which might still be available (also Sat-Sat), so don't hestitate to ask.

Finally, we advise that the palm tree to the right as you look out from the terrace became infected last year and was cut down, so the view now is totally unobstructed.

Misunderstanding but it was solved

Rented it before and it was as expected. But - the rental period had been misunderstood and as I popped up on Sat 10th, there was still people in the apt. After a quick tlf. convers with the owners it showed up that there has been a misunderstanding about the rental period, not from the 10th-17th (a week) but from the 11th-17th. I moved in the day after then after a day at nearest hospits, the owners gave me a reduction for the rent. Apt are with great view, nice balcony, spacious and well equipped. Minus is hard beds and a slightly worn out couch and kitchen equipment.

PERFECT

This was our second stay in this apartment which says it all. The location is perfect, opposite the beach and a short walk into Puerto Pollensa. The apartment is a very good size and has everything you need with a balcony looking over the promenade and sea. PERFECT
