Lux villa for natur lovers
The villa is about 200 meters above the surface of the sea. Son Bou the largest beach on the island is just in front of the house. It is a bird naturreserver and the fantastic beach is 3 km long.

The house
It is 158 m2 and is built for summer/winter rental with fireplace and double walls. The 800 m2 ground is very private (surrounded with stonewalls and Neriaplants) and has many different fruit trees like lemon, orange, peach, plums etc. The fruits may be used by the people who rent the villa.
There is cold and hot water and a large terrace and a child friendly pool 4x8 meters. The pool is clean twice a week by pool keeper.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms - one which has a tub. 1 new bedroom under terrace.

The area
Within 5 minuttes walking distance there are several small supermarkets. On Thursdays there is a little market in Alaior and on Saturdays in Mahon. In San Jaime there is a large pharmacy and a doctor and in Mahon a large hospital

On arrival
On arrival the house is nicely clean and towels and bedsheets are there for You to use. And there will be a little welcome package to get You through the first day.
