This property is situated on the hilltop overlooking the wonderful historic town of Peniscola. It has a huge terrace on two sides of the property with marvellous panoramic views of the town and all the way up the coast to Benicarlo, Vinaros and the Ebro Delta. There is an excellent private, shared outdoor & indoor heated swimming pool.
Cot & high chair are available for small children. Apartment is fully air conditioned and centrally heated.
This property is on an elevated ground floor with wide ramped access from the car park and would therefore be suitable for wheelchair users. All corridors, gates and doorways throughout the building and grounds are wide enough for wheelchair access. There is no through traffic around the apartment building so it is safe for children.
The apartment has a large spacious split level terrace offering wonderful views of the surrounding area. It has a stone mosaic table with stone bench seating. 3 sun loungers and 4 chairs are provided on the terrace which has sunshine on it all day and there are 2 large awnings providing plenty of shade if desired. The terrace is ideal for small children being safe and level. the large terrace is 13m by 6m. English language satellite tv is also provided
The excellent Panoramica golf course and driving range, designed by Bernard Langer is only 15 mins away by car. This is a really beautiful course and well worth a visit. A little further away at Castillon is the Mediterraneo golf course which is the home course of Sergio Garcia. About 30-45mins by car.
The beautiful sandy beaches at Peniscola are only 2km, 4/5 mins away by car or 20 mins on foot. The beaches will suit all tastes and ages, and offer a multitude of facilities from pedalo and jet ski hire, banana boat rides and volleyball etc. If somewhere more secluded is preferred then there are many coves and bays to be found by car.
Membership of a local community complex is provided enabling guests to use the facilities there i.e swimming pool, bar shop etc. Floodlit tennis courts are available but must be booked at 8 Euros an hour.
Barcelona 2 hrs, Valencia 1 1/2hrs, Reus 1hr, Barcelona/Girona 2 1/2hrs by car or train.Nearest train station is at Benicarlo 5km. Car hire is not essential but is highly recommended and can be arranged from the airport. The apartment has its own reserved private parking with electronic gated access.
Approx 2km to historic old town and Castle with Museum, restaurants, bars, shops, fishing harbour and beach etc.
Universal Studios Port Aventura is 50mins drive.
Delta DEbre is 20min drive and offers fantastic fishing, canoeing, adventure sports, birdwatching etc.

Prices are per week in Euros . Discounts are negotiable for longer term rental. Extra cleaning can be arranged if desired at extra cost. A 25% deposit is required on reservation with the balance to be paid 4-6 weeks before stay.
