High quality villa set in quiet residential area not overlooked, 8km from Gandia historical town centre and 12 km from beautiful sandy beaches famous for its promenade along the beach and its variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The accomodation comprises on upper level a 40m2 lounge / dining area with marble surround fireplace, fully fitted kitchen with access onto large terrace with BBQ , sunny from morning until late evening. one double bedroom with twin beds, full bathroom, separate WC, conservatory with beautiful mountain and garden views. Spiral stairs to lower level where are two double bedrooms with double beds and large fitted wardrobes, one with hydro-massage bath, separate shower room, 30 qm lounge where we can provide a confortable folding bed for an extra person but a supplement of 50 euros per week will be requested. Sliding glass doors leading to garden and terrace, a gated separate pool area with 10 x 5m kidney shaped pool with steps, sunloungers. Facilities include satellite TV (some English, French and German stations but NOT Sky, DVD. air conditioning hot and cold on each floor, off-road parking for one car however room for other cars opposite the property.
The nearest restaurant is 1 minute drive, Gandia is a pretty town with its pedestrian streets, fashion shops, nice bars, restaurants. carrefour and new shopping centre with bowling, cinemas, restaurants for every pocket. train service from gandia to valencia city 1 hour. The nearest airports are Valencia (abt 50 minutes drive) and Alicante (abt 1.25 hrs)
For arrival if you like us to do some basic shopping pls. advise and be paid directly to us. In the villa you will find an information/instruction document about the villa and its surroundings
Main attractions are Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm (50 minutes drive), Aqua Park in Cullera (30 minutes) and the Arts & Science complex in Valencia including Europes largest Oceanographic Museum (45 minutes). For golfers the nearest 18 hole courses are at Oliva Nova (25 minutes), El Saler (south of Valencia - 45 minutes) & La Sella (40 minutes). More natural beaches are in oliva or direction denia with windsurfing possibilities.
We do NOT recommend this property for elderly people or anyone with difficulty with stairs and steps. The property is fully fenced and save for kids The owner do live in Gandia and is available should you need help

Airports are Valencia follow signs for A3 Madrid - after 5km signs A7 to Barcelona & Alicante, stay well on the right side. Take 2nd exit Alicante follow A7 until reach km marker 526 take left AP7 coastal alicante Murcia. Do not take interior motorway; exit No 60 for Gandia, Xeraco; N332 gandia, split take direction oliva, exit Barx CV 675, 8 km restaurant IMPERIO II left side, after 700m see villa Susan No. 84 opposit Casa Azahar take rd on your left pass tennis court its a large well lit rd, cul de sac last villa on the right in front of parking space VILLA TU Y YO with red gate. Car essential.
Please inform about arrival time official check in is 4 o clock afternoon. day of departure check out time is 10.00 at the latest prior arrangement can be made to suit your personal travel arrangements.

Payment terms are 30% on reservation with balance payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit to cover breakages, damage or villa left in unacceptable conditions of €350 will be required prior to handing over the keys. An intermediate cleaning can be arranged fees 12 euros hour, plus forfait for travel. villa provides a bed for 7th persone and per person a supplement of suppl. of 50 euros per week is requested
