On the main level a lounge of about 40m2 with a/c, chimney, television satellite, separate dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with direct access onto large terrace with BBQ.(Beautiful spot to watch the sunset and the nature around)1 double bedroom with 2twin beds for juniors, 1 fully equipped bathroom. A spiral staircase is leading to 2 spacious master bedrooms, a lounge giving direct access onto the garden, one shower –wc bathroom, separate washing room.
The villa provides a/c on both levels, central heating. Private parking space. Secured property and the pool area is gated to avoid small kids to have access without surveillance. A large pool terrace with a 9x5 tiled pool with romaine steps.(at the deepest end 1.85) The villa is located at the cul de sac of small residential area which offers privacy . City and beach are within very easy drive,5 minutes to gandia centre, 8 minutes to gandia beach. A lot of brochures are provided to enable you to realise the diversity of activities here around. Train service from Gandia to Valencia, 1 hour only. Other more international towns are within 30 minutes drive from gandia. Golf is within 20 minutes from gandia.

Payment conditions
30% for reservation balance 2 month prior to arrival date together with the security deposit, which will be transferred after inspection of the villa for damaged or broken items or left in unacceptable conditions which requieres supplement cleaning fees. The rental is for 6 people. Extra persons will be charged 50 Euros per person per week. Intermediate cleaning can be arranged . A personal welcome will be assured with indications about villa etc. A car is needed to get to town and beach. Restaurant within 5 min walking from the villa.
Arrival time is 16.00 o clock, departure 10.00 o clock. Intenet cafes are very easy to find in gandia incase of internet access
