All areas are for the sole use of the villa guests. The villa situated in a slightly elevated position offers beautiful views towards the mountains. Its enviable location is just 60 meters from a protected national park, superb countryside for relaxing walks or more sportive activities such as Mountain biking, fishing.

Main level a spacious sliding glassed terrace offering views towards the mountain and pool area. The lounge with dining area provides, TV, DVD, satellite television, bookcase which contains books in English, French, Germaine language , information and maps on the surrounding area, A/C and central heating on both floors

Payment conditions
30% for reservation after receipt of contract, balance 2 month prior to arrival date together with the security deposit of 350.00 euros, the securtiy deposit will be transferred after inspection of the villa for damaged or broken items or left in unacceptable conditions approx 1-2 weeks after departure. The rental is for 6 people. Extra persons will be charged 60 Euros per person per week. Intermediate cleaning can be arranged at 10.00 euros the hour.

During the summer season july/september a supplement of 50 euros per week is demanded for a/c A personal welcome will be assured with indications about villa and all the where abouts of the region A car is needed to get to town and beach. Restaurant within 5 min walking from the villa.
Arrival time is 16.00 o clock, departure 10.00 o clock. Intenet cafes are very easy to find in gandia incase internet is needed. cleaning fees for final cleaning 80 euros 100 euros depending on the amount of hours necessary and the conditions in which the villa is left
the villa has some steps to go to the main level so not recommended for people with walking problems;
The villa is non smocking and no animals are accepted.
