THE APARTMENT
The apartment is completely renovated and with new furniture. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All linen and bath towels are provided, except for beach towels. The main bedroom has its own balcony.

The living room has a dining area with seating for up to 6 people, sofa, extending armchair, TV with video and DVD player. The terrace contains a full set of patio furniture for eating outside and/or sunbathing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and all silver ware.

The apartment is located on the third floor overlooking the gardens and the main swimming pool. It has 24hr security and is ideally suitable for couples and families.



THE COMPLEX - LA NOGALERA
La Nogalera is one of the most famous vacation complex at the Costa del Sol. It has over 1 acre of private grounds and is the only apartment complex in the center of Torremolinos with private swimming pools for residents only. The complex has well maintained gardens, with 3 supervised swimming pools. During the summer month it operates a bar & grill next to the main pool, where you can have lunch and enjoy your drinks. This complex is perfectly situated at just 300m from the beach. Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, taxis and train station are all right next to it.

Malaga international airport is only 4 kms away but it is not in a flight path! A car is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance.

Torremolinos is the ideal location for a fun filled holiday, situated just 10 minutes from Malaga airport with regular local train services to Malaga and Fuengirola. The resort boasts some of the best and safest beaches in Europe. The centre of the resort is situated in an elevated position with stylish shops, all types of bars and restaurants. It is an ideal location whether you want to swim and sun bath, enjoy the nightlife or see the sights the Costa del Sol has to offer.
