Newly renovated, luxury flat in the heart of Barcelona, just minutes from the Ramblas and next to the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona. The flat has a living/dining room with a galley kitchen off it. There are two double bedrooms (both with en-suite bathroom). There is a study/tv area which has a single sofa bed. The flat has six double windows with balconies facing onto a pedestrian street. It is on the third floor (no lift) of a four floor 1890s building. it is spacious (100 sq mtrs) light and sunny. The flat has all mod cons such as washing machine, DVD player and central heating.

There are several 24 hour parking garages nearby.

The Raval is one of the oldest areas of Barcelona. It is an eclectic mix of old and new bars, restaurants, quirky shops , galleries etc.
