Located in a peaceful area to the south of Javea, close to the Cabo de la Nao light house, minutes from sandy beaches & secluded coves this villa is built on level ground within a secure area with electric gates. The well maintained landscaped garden is automatically watered to be attractive all year round and the large 11m x 5m pool is easily entered by wide Roman Steps. There are plenty of sun loungers, an excellent outdoor kitchen/barbeque area for outside dining adjacent to the pool and gardens, (includes large extra fridge). This outside area is served by it's own shower room and wc,
The interior is very generously proportioned and this space, together with the air con and it's natural coolness, make for a very relaxed feel about the place.
There are 2 shower rooms plus a large new Wet Room to the master bedroom as well as a WC with wash basin off the hallway.
Electric window blinds.
There are several bars and restaurants within reasonable walking distance with some other local establishments just 2 or 3 minutes drive away. Javea's sandy Arenal beach and it's wide range of shops, restaurants and bars is only a 5 minute drive, pebbly secluded coves with 2 or 3 little restaurants of their own, only 10 minutes, so it really is a great location in a fine villa.
