Our holiday home is a luxurious two bedroom ground floor apartment situated within in a prestigious private community in a quiet area of Calahonda. Even though we are located in a relatively quiet area of the town our home is within six minutes walk of the beach and local shops. The public park is a three-minute walk away. Massive private and safe tropical gardens for you or the kids to relax in. Three swimming pools (including one shallow children’s pool.) Our home is spacious and has a large lounge, a dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, a separate utility / storage room and two bedrooms with twin beds (which can be made in to double beds if required.) Each bedroom has an en-suite toilet / bathroom. Our holiday home has two private sun terraces, the largest of which is perfect for barbecues or sunbathing in the renowned southern Spanish sun ! We have a large storage room which is ideal for storing suitcases, golf clubs etc. Numerous attractions / places to visit near-by. Numerous golf courses near-by. Please note that in order to keep our apartment in pristine condition we restrict the number of occupants to a maximum of four persons. Our rental price is for the apartment per week, not per person. You don’t have to rent an apartment on the top of the hill miles from the beach.You can have the PERFECT LOCATION by renting with us !
