This newly built Penthouse Apartment is on a small residential development and is on two floors with 3 bedrooms (twin beds) and two bathrooms (one en-suite). Situated in Villamartin close to 3 major golf courses and only a short drive to the glorious sandy beaches of La Zenia, Campoamor, Punta Prima, Guardamar, La Marina, Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca. Within 20 minutes drive you can reach the beaches of the Mar Menor with its own inland sea, which is ideal for all water sports and in particular kite surfing.
It is a 5 minute walk to supermarkets, restaurants and bars, and is approx 20 minute walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza with its shops, supermarkets and excellent bars and restaurants. The two salt lakes of Laguna de la Mata and the Salinas de San Miguel which surround Torrevieja creating a wonderful microclimate and providing home to a host of wildlife including large flocks of pink flamingos. Laguna de la Mata is now a conservation area with many paths and tracks around the lake itself, perfect for long walks or even a mountain bike ride away from it all and yet a few minutes from the town centre.
The nearest airport is San Javier, Murcia which is 20 minutes drive and Alicante which is 45 minutes. Airport pickups can be arranged at an additional cost, payable locally.
This is an ideal base for golfing, sightseeing, watersports, walking and bird watching and the 360 days of sunshine make it a very pleasant place to be at all times.

The fully equipped kitchen/utility comprises of Oven/Hob with extractor fan, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and Microwave. The Lounge/Dining Room has sun terrace for alfresco dining and overlooks the swimming pool below, and is comfortably furnished with sofa and two easy chairs, coffee table and dining table with 6 chairs, TV with english channels and DVD player for music and films. There are superb views of the sea and countryside from the roof terrace which is furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining and loungers for relaxing and soaking up that glorious sunshine all year round. The bathrooms both have bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided (towels are not to be used for beach or swimming pool). There are ceiling fans in all rooms.
