Renovated this year, this one bed roomed house is located in the old quarter of Altea in a traffic free street. Offering beautiful views to the sea, the property has a living room with sofa and armchair, coffee table, TV, DVD and music system and is tastefully decorated in the spanish style. The modern kitchen features ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and toaster. The lounge area has a small metal action sofabed and 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Upstairs, the bedroom is airconditioned, has a double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. The ensuite bathroom has ceramic shower tray and fitments. There is also a washing machine with a discreet washing line on the small back patio of the property. Upstairs from the bedroom is the ample roof terrace with patio furniture and umbrella. From the terrace the beautiful views across the bay to Albir may be enjoyed.

Alteas pebble beach is a few minutes walk from the apartment and is unspoilt. There are a fine selection of restaurants and tapas bars along the seafront catering for all budgets. The train station is 4 minutes walk away and trains run at approximately 1/2 hour intervals during the summer - hourly for the rest of the year, to Calpe, Benidorm and further afield. There are lots of shops around Altea and of course the famous weekly market as well as those of the other towns in the area which are always well publicised.
The old town of Altea also has an excellent selection of restaurants and tapas bars as well as interesting gift shops and galleries. Alteas church square sits atop the town and is a few minutes walk up from the apartment through the beautiful whitewashed houses that make up the very attractive old quarter of the town.

Nearby Benidorm includes the tourist attractions of Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mitica and the fantastic new natural history park - Terra Natura, all are just 10 minutes drive away. During the summer boat trips are available from Altea Marina with dropping off points at Calpe, Javea and Denia.
