This beautiful 3 bedroomed Andalucian property is ideal for a large family or group due to the interconnecting stairs to a separate self-contained dwelling with its own entrance on the lower floor. The property can be rented together as a 3-bed or separately as a 2-bed house if a 3-bed is not required. The apartment can also be let for a couple only. There is adequate provision for total privacy and soundproofing in the event of the 2 dwellings being rented to separate groups at the same time.
Each bedroom has built in wardrobes with plenty of storage for a family. It has a large fully fitted kitchen and open plan lounge and dining area with a further sofa bed in the lounge. There is a large roof terrace and further balcony that is accessed via the lounge through sliding patio doors. The roof terrace and balcony are equipped with patio loungers, tables and chairs. There is plenty of parking outside the property or in a nearby parking area and all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for summer and heaters for winter. There is a Scandinavian staircase leading to the lower floor with a self-contained apartment sleeping 2 people in a double bed and provision for another on a blow up double mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also English TV and a full bathroom. This floor is very spacious, 50m2 and has its own entrance and terrace, with patio furnture. Another washing machine and water boiler is available. Throughout the whole house there are heaters for winter and ceiling fans for summer.
