This spacious one bedroom apartment which can sleep 4/5 people is set in beautifully maintained large gardens with ample room to relax and sunbathe and benefits from large pool and ornamental ponds with a magnificient mountain backdrop.
This large and bright apartment is both well appointed and maintained and comprises of lounge/dining room, double bedroom, modern kitchen and bathroom plus utility
The terrace runs the full width of the apartment and is accessed from both the lounge and the bedroom.
South westerly facing it enjoys sun from late morning and affords views across the gardens.
The urbinastion comprises of only 52 apartments in four blocks and only two storey.
For those requiring a relaxing and peaceful holiday then El Vivero is for you, however, for those requiring a busier time Marbella town and beaches are approx. 1.5km away. Good night life and designer shops and a prestigious marina can be found in Puerto Banus which is approx. 5 mins by car. For the golfers there is an abundance of courses closeby.
The aparment is approx. 40 mins drive from Malaga Airport.

The fully equipped kitchen /utility room includes fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, washing machine etc. There is a fold down bed which can be used for a 5th person. There is also a terrace runs the full width of the apartment and is accessed from both lounge and bedroom, and on a clear day you can even see the sea. Good sized bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with shower.(Hairdrier provided)
All linen and towels are supplied including beach towels.
Travel cot and high chair can be made available if required.
Gated urbanisation with off road parking.
The apartment is non smoking - however, there is a terrace!
Sorry no pets.
