Affordable Luxury Two Bedroom Penthouse Apartment fully furnished to a high standard. Under floor heating and air conditioned. Close to all bars, restaurants and shops. A short drive from the world famous La Manga Club Golf Resort, go-carting, scuba diving and much added bonus of renting our apartment is that it will cost you very little more than the cost of a standard apartment but you have the added attraction of the roof top solarium which is ideal for dining on in the evening or you can sunbathe in private during the day.There are no extra charges on prices quoted.

Bedroom 2: double/(2 single beds) bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, doors to small balcony.

Bathroom 1: en suite to bedroom 1 with bath, wc, shower, bidet, vanity unit, hairdryer.
Bathroom 2: with bath, wc, shower, bidet, vanity unit.

Kitchen
Separate kitchen fully equipped with cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, granite worktop.

Washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, cleaning equipment.

Living Room
Well furnished Lounge/Dining room with sofa bed, single chair, dining table & chairs, coffee table, Satellite TV with 30 english speaking channels including ITV, BBC, SKY MOVIES & SKY SPORTS, DVD, CD player, patio doors to balcony with table and chairs and fabulous views across the marina.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service
Towels and bed linen are provided for guest use. Please bring your own towels for the beach. The apartment is cleaned prior to guests arrival.

Outside
Roof top solarium accessed by stairs with stunning views across the Tomas Maestre Marina, Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. Fully equipped for your pleasure with sun loungers, garden table and chairs, built-in barbeque,fridge/freezer,shower to cool off in, lights & power.

Coast/Beach
The La Manga Strip has may fine blue flag beaches. From the apartment you are no further than a few minutes away from either the crystal clear waters of the Mar Menor or the Mediterranean Sea. The Costa Calida (Warm Coast) can be as active or as relaxing as you choose. The climate is ideal for all kinds of outdoor activities, from horse-riding to sailing and from golf to scuba diving. With 320 days sunshine and summer temperatures of 26 degrees it really is paradise between two seas.
Well served by shops, bars, banks, restaurants, close to the marina and all watersports the La Manga Strip has something for everyone. This is a place where the Spanish come to holiday, which guarantees you a real flavour of spain. The fishing village at the beginning of the strip (Cabo De Palos) is a must visit with its atmosphere, Sunday Market, restaurants, and nightlife a great night out.

The Mar Menor
Our apartment is situated between both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea. The shallow waters and the absence of tides make the Mar Menor the ideal place for all types of water sports. It is a magnificent natural swimming pool with temperatures which are maintained by a sun that shines for an average 320 days each year. The waters register a saline content of 50% and are scientifically recognised as being therapeutic in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis and many other ailments. The Black mud from the Mar Menor although creating a strange sight when first seen smothered over the bodies of the visitors, is used to relieve the pain and the symptoms of these conditions.

Golf
There is a 9 hole pitch & putt golf course with a driving range attached close by, or if you really want to spoil yourself, the La Manga Club Golf Resort with its 3 championship courses, casino, night clubs and various other facilities are only a short drive away. There are currently plans for 10 new golf courses to be built in the region of which 3 have already started.

£100 deposit is required to confirm your booking, with balance and a refundable damage deposit of £100 payable 8 weeks prior to departure .
We understand how important it is for you to be able to take your holiday when you want. We aim to be as flexible as possible with regard to duration and arrival/departure dates. If you wish to book a shorter or longer break contact us for prices. Flights are often less expensive during the week and may allow you a better choice when booking your flight, so we are happy to accommodate arrival and departure on any day of the week subject to availability.

Please note that we have designated our apartment as a non-smoking apartment but will allow smoking on the Roof Top Solarium if needed. We regret that we cannot allow pets into our apartment.

A £100 deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance and a refundable £100 damage deposit payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Refundable deposit will be returned two weeks after your stay in our apartment.

60 euros is payable on arrival to the management representative for cleaning of the apartment.(There are no other extra charges).
