Welcome to “Villa Baranco” ideally situated within walking distance to all ameneties. 1.5 kms to the town of Fuengirola. The white village of Mijas,and the beaches are less than 5 minutes in a car.

This beautiful two-bedroom villa has its own pool with ample gardens and terraces for sun bathing and entertaining. The villa is tastefully furnished and is south west facing getting the sun the whole day.

The master bedroom is en-suite the second bedroom has two single beds both rooms are air-conditioned and have fitted wardrobes, the kitchen is a good size and has the all the usual appliances, a light and airy living / dining room opens on to a large terrace for outside dining.

There is a satellite (ITV, BBC etc) TV,DVD, VDO and a stereo system.

The pool is oblong with steps at the shallow end, the pool area can be closed off with a small gate for children’s safety, there is also a covered BBQ area with additional table and chairs. The nearest shops and a good little restaurant, is less than a 5 min walk, (two minutes in a car) for larger groups I also have an identical villa situated next door.
