The village is only a 10 min walk away, through orange and lemon groves, passing pretty white washed buildings along the way.

This spacious property has one large double bedroom containing large built in wardrobes with en-suite shower and bath with his and hers washbasins. The second lounge/bedroom has a sofa bed and single bed allowing the property to sleep up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.
The lounge area is spacious and tastefully furnished with 2, 3 seater couches, TV, DVD,heating and traditional fireplace. The lounge patio doors lead onto a large furnished terrace with a stunning view overlooking the Golf Course, swimming pool and mountains.

The large terrace with night lighting has outdoor table and chairs to seat 6 with sun loungers and cushions.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, large fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob. The property also contains a washing machine with outdoor drying facilities.

In the village of Altea La Vella there are 2 family run supermarkets selling excellent local produce. It has banks, hairdressers, quality restaurants and Tapas bars, a chemist and medical centre and patisserie.

A local bus service runs from the village into and around the large town of Altea, past the beaches, shops and main attractions.

The Moorish town of Altea lies 5km away and is renowned for its artists and is the cultural centre of the Costa Blanca. There are many bars and restaurants along the sea front with a superb selection of shops close by.
The ancient church of Altea is perched at the top of the town and the many boutiques,craft shops and restaurants dotted along the cobbled streets leading up to the church make this a memorable place, particularly on a balmy mediterranean evening.

There are many atrractions within easy reach including,Calpe with its beautiful beaches, the theme park of Terra Mittica, safari park Terra Natura, water park Aqualandia and marina bird life centre Mumdomar. You can also enjoy a panoramic trip through the mountains to the medieval fortress of Guadalest.
