AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY With year round sunshine and miles of beautiful beaches, the Costa Blanca makes a wonderful holiday venue in Spain for all the family.The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a bed sofa that sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave, the dining area has a table and 6 chairs. In the living room there are two 3 seater bed settees and 1 armchair. There is also a new television with international channels, and coffee tables. The bathroom is an excellent size and beautifully fitted with bath and shower, toilet and bidet. The large outdoor pool is situated in a beuatiful tropical garden highly maintained offering a relaxed atmosphere within beautiful uncrowded surroundings. There is a daily charge to use the pool. Arguably one of the best in Spain. The facilities include poolside restaurant and bar. There is a large balcony overlooking the gardens. The balcony also contains a table and chairs. There is access to the Aldea centre which has a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the blue flag Los Locos beach, bars and restaurants, and a 15 minute walk to the lively town centre of Torrevieja where there are street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade. There are restaurants and bars which cater for all tastes. There are 3 championship golf courses within a 20 minute drive. The nearest aiports are Alicante or Murcia roughly 30 minutes drive. The rates shown are for the apartment with up to 4 people. If a 5th or 6th person stays there will be an additional cost of £30/€45 per person per week to cover laundry costs.
