A private track leads to the cottage which adjoins our own finca. The cottage has its own private entrance and sun terrace. The finca is set amongst orange and lemon trees in the Guadalhorce valley next to the Rio Grande, with beautiful views towards the mountains. The surrounding countryside is covered in tracks, making it ideal for outdoor activities.
Centrally located for the inland lakes,white villages & the coast. Malaga airport and beaches are approx 40 mins by car.

ACCOMODATION: All rooms are of good size with beamed ceilings throughout.

Bedroom 1 with kingsize bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and air con.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet and air con.

BATHROOM:

Cabin corner shower, full size bath, vanity unit with large mirror, w.c.

KITCHEN:

Fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine,fridge-freeze and dishwasher.

LOUNGE-DINER:

Sofa plus double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs,european and sky satellite TV and cd radio.

All bed linen and towels provided.
Please bring own beach towels.
We would also appreciate that any breakages be replaced.

OUTSIDE

Private terrace with sun-loungers, table and chairs plus further terrace and fenced swimming pool with Roman steps. All set in a peaceful rural setting with stunning views. This area is well known for mountain walks, bird watching, cycling and horse riding. The famous white villages and inland lakes are also not far and well worth visiting.
The nearest town is Coin approx 6kms which has all the amenities including a new shopping centre various restaurants and bars.

Wonderful hosts, great accommodation

We have really enjoyed our stay at Finca el Perote. Martin and Jackie were wonderful hosts. We loved the seclusion and tranquility of the finca, and our children had a blast riding the horses and playing with Peaches and Pedro (the dogs). Coin is very convenient as a base to explore Malaga and Costa del Sol. Overall - a very memorable stay, and a great value for the money. We definitely hope to come back again.

Perfect.

Highly recommended. The fact that we've returned here many times over the years speaks volumes. We would find it difficult to find anything for a similar price that would match up to this holiday home. Jackie and Martin are excellent hosts and their cottage is immaculate. It's obvious that they take pride in their cottage as it is spotlessly clean, everything is always in good working order and the cupboards are well stocked with essentials. The cottage is a short drive from Malaga airport, near enough to Coin for shopping and restaurants by car, and is a good base to explore inland or the coast. If you are looking to escape everything though, it is perfectly situated in the campo, well away from the hustle and bustle of town life. The cottage and outside areas are spacious and the pool is always clean. We've never been disappointed and will continue to choose Jackie and Martin's rental in the coming years.

Nice, clean and very friendly

We stayed here with our familiy (including a 3 years old boy and a baby. The house is hard to find. But once you get there, it is amazing. The house is clean, neat and everything you need is there. The hosts are very friendly, helpfull as well as discrete. The pool is quite big and clean. There is a fancy gas bbq and there are horses and even a bicycle. It was a wonderfull place to stay. I think our son will agree
