Description: |
You are sure to enjoy a relaxing, exclusive holiday at Oliva Nova Golf which sits on the Mediterranean coast midway between Valencia and Alicante, just north of Denia. The easiest way to get there is to fly to Valencia or Alicante and hire a car at the airport. You can then drive to Oliva in about an hour. You can also take advantage of cheap flights to Madrid and the drive from there is about 4 hours.
The apartment is on the Oliva Nova Golf complex and so benefits from 24-hour security. It is walking distance from the club house, the supermarket, the beach and the Oliva Nova Golf Hotel with its excellent restaurants, bars and health & beauty complex.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard so that your stay will be as comfortable as possible, and you have the use of the shared private garden and swimming pool as well as your own undercover parking space in the garage beneath the building. A lift from the garage takes you to your door on the fourth floor.
The flat and its own private roof terrace have panoramic views over the golf course to the sea and the orange groves and the mountains behind.
Oliva is a lovely little town and and the beaches are wonderfully unspoilt without the crowds of other areas, but if you feel like a little more buzz, Denia and Javea (south) are only about 20 minutes away by car, with the bustle of Benidorm just beyond that. You can also easily get to Gandia (north) in about 15 minutes and further afield (but still not more than an hour away) are Valencia and Alicante.
I hope you thoroughly enjoy your holiday whether it be golfing, lazing on the beach, windsurfing, or exploring the interior.

Living room. Split unit air conditioner/heater, sofa (can use as an extra single bed), 20 inch flat-screen TV (Spanish programs), DVD player (good rental shop in Oliva), CD/cassette/radio, door to the front balcony overlooking the golf course to the sea.
Kitchen. electric cooker with ceramic hob and extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery & glassware, electric kettle, electric toaster.
Bedroom 1. double bed (bed linen supplied), built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom with shower and WC (towels supplied).
Bedroom 2. Two single beds, bed linen supplied, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, door to second balcony overlooking the mountains.
Shower room / WC. (towels supplied) adjacent to Bedroom 2.
Roof Terrace. The roof terrace is accessed only from inside the apartment and is the size of the whole flat. It has panoramic 360 degree views over the golf course to sea on one side and over the orange groves to the mountains on the other. It is a lovely place to relax if you want a rest from the beach, pool or golf course and is completely private and not overlooked. Large patio table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.
Lift from entrance hall to the apartment and also garage parking.
Swimming Pool. The pool is shared by only ten apartments in the block and is maintained weekly to ensure the water is clean.
