This modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1st floor apartment, is located within the spectacular setting of the Bonalba Golf Resort, 10 minutes from Alicante.
The Las Torres De Bonalba apartment is located 50 meters from a communal pool, with landscaped gardens for sunbathing and relaxing. The apartment is furnished to a high standard, to include washing machine, and microwave to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and both bathrooms include showers, with one of the bathrooms being on-suite to the master bedroom. The apartment is within walking distance of Bonalbas shops and bars, with the stunning leisure centre with its huge pools, tropical garden, keep fit, and beauty salon a 5 minute walk. The beaches of San Juan, El Campello and Alicante are less than 2Km away and can be seen from the apartments balcony.
Location

The Bonalba Golf Resort is located in the small municipality of Mutxamel, less than a 15 minute drive to the city of Alicante. The beaches of San Juan and El Campello are less than 10 minutes from the resort, whilst the main international airport at Alicante is a 20 minute drive south along the A-7 motorway.
The main tourist town of Benidorm, with the Terra Mitica theme park is a 20 minute drive to the north, whilst Torrevieja, with its golden beaches is located 45 minutes along the coast to the south. For golfers there are over 15 golf courses within a 1 hours drive of the resort, including Villamartin, La Dequesa, Alicante, La Sella, La Finca and Campoamar. For shopping, there is a Carrefour hypermarket located in San Juan, whilst in the seaside town of El Campello there are endless shops, numerous bars and restaurants overlooking the sea. There is also Alicante, with its huge harbour area, endless bars, restuarants , clubs and of course, superb shopping.

The apartment is not just for golfers, it makes a superb base for family holidays. With swimming and tennis available at the apartments, horse riding, beaches, Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park, Safari, Waterfall, swimming and sailing (amongst a few of the many attractions available), all within a short driving distance.
For golfers, Bonalbas, 18 hole, Par 72 championship course will prove to be a challenge for golfers of all levels. It is laid out with a variety of trees and lakes, with a large number of bunkers. The average annual climate of 18 degrees makes Bonalba the ideal place with the perfect climate to enjoy golf everyday of the year.

Beaches and Mountains

Some of the most attractive views from Bonalba are of the mountain ranges, which provide excellent walking and hiking, some 10 - 15 minutes inland, where interesting old villages and settlements can be found. Approximately 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction will take you to a number of delightful beaches at El Campello, San Juan and in Alicante itself. There are also marinas at El Campello, San Juan and Alicante and of course a huge harbour and commercial port in Alicante City.

Close to the gym we offer for the younger members of the family a children’s area, where children can have lots of fun, making new friends in a safe area, while you are enjoying the rest of our facilities. In the outdoor area, surrounded by an exclusive environment and nature, you can enjoy the swimming pool with a water line of three hundred thousands square meters, with three clearly different areas which will be delightful for every member of the family. During winter it becomes an indoor swimming pool. Finally, you can also find in SPA BONALBA a hairdressing salon a series of personalized treatments, which will make you feel so special.

Benidorms beaches and range of leisure amenities explain why has it has become Costa Blancas main tourist area. It has some of the best beaches in the world.
The fine sand, cleaned daily, the quality of the services and the transparency of the water are the main reasons given by Benidorms many visitors. The Playa de Levante, where most bathers gather, is located 2 kilometres from the old town centre, the Sierra Gelada and the Ricón de Loix. In the middle of the summer the colourful concentration of human bodies is quite impressive. The Playa de Poniente is located on the edges of the old town centre, near the Finestrat cove. The Playa de Poniente resembles the Playa de Levante, though it is more peaceful. Benidorms impressive commercial centre is located around the Plaza Triangular, the calle Martínez Alejos, Gambo, Dr. Perez Llorca and the wide avenida del Mediterráneo. Benidorms attraction lies in the variety of its leisure amenities, with its wide range of activities for all.
Golf Information

Golf Bonalba is a magnificent 18 hole, par 72 course measuring 6.367 meters from the back tees, nestled in the foothills of the Sierra de Bonalba, over looking the Mediterranean Sea.
The course is immaculately maintained with a number of interesting water features making the holes very challenging. Most fairways enjoy spectacular views of the mountains or distant views of the sea.
The facilities at Golf Bonalba also include the Golf Academy, a large driving range, putting greens, approach area, and bunker practise area. Other services include a clubhouse, restaurant, changing rooms with locker facilities, pro-shop, buggies, pull trolleys and electric trolleys.
The course is open everyday from 08.00. Green fees are as follows:
18 Holes - 60 Euros,
9 Holes - 32 Euros.
Buggy Hire is 27 Euros per round.
You will receive a 20% discount for renting this apartment from these fees. After the 18th, the clubhouse boasts a superb raised terrace overlooking the fairways where one can enjoy a drink.
There are plans to build as second golf course at Bonalba to compliment the first one.
