The villa has 2 floors, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a patio door leading onto a terrace. Both twin bedded with fitted wardrobes overlooking the golf course and a large bathroom.
Downstairs there is another twin bedded bedroom with ensuite and also a separate WC.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and full compliment of crockery and glasses.

Lounge with comfortable sofas, TV & DVD, Satellite TV is also installed which includes Sports, Movies.
Outside there is a private garden and swimming pool, terrace, large patio area, sun beds, table & chairs, BBQ and driveway with car parking space.
To add to your comfort the villa is fully air-conditioned, which can also be heated in the winter months and Mosquito netting has been fitted to all windows and patio doors.

Golf – the resort boasts a stunning 18 hole Championship golf course plus a 9 hole par 3 challenge course. As the villas have full golf user rights our guests are entitled to 60% discount on Golf Green Fees, you can play this magnificent course for just 20 Euros.
The Parador Hotel, which has a bar, an a la carte restaurant and snack bar.
Newly opened Billis Sports bar with 7 screens.
The resort also has 24 hour roving security.
Location:
Mosa Trajectum is only 20 minutes from Murcia Airport and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport.
10 minutes from the resort is the beautiful city of Murcia, which has something for everyone with its many bars, cafes and restaurants, or if you need some retail therapy there are plenty of fabulous shops such as Zara, Mango and El Corte Ingles or if you prefer to do some sight seeing there are many historical sites such as the magnificent cathedral which took over 400 years to build.
20 minutes drive to the coast is San Javier, a traditional Spanish sea side resort on the Mar Menor, just up the coast is the Mediterranean with its many sandy beaches.
