The Apartment
Set in the beautiful El Capistrano village, the apartment has two large bedrooms. A large twin room with wardrobes, dressing table and an extra single put up bed, and a full double room with built in wardrobes. The bathroom has bath and overhead shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit. The bathroom in Nov 2005 is undergoing a couple of thousand pound refit !
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan with the lounge, having electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, kettle etc. Included is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils, chinaware and glassware (for that sundowner on the terrace).
All linen and towels are provided and a steam iron and ironing board are provided.
The lounge has table and chairs, two sofas and radio, cd player and new large colour tv with full sky tv channels, movies and sport and DVD player etc.
The large south facing terrace, offers stunning sunrise to sunset sea views. There are 4 sunbeds, bbq, table and chairs and a large sun blind enabling you to sit outside during the fierce midday sun. A new safe has recently been fitted.
El Capistrano Village
The tranquil El Capistrano village boasts beautiful flowered walkways, 4 swimming pools, 2 large family pools and 2 for children. The lower large pool is 1 minutes walk from the apartment. All have safety attendants. A fine restaurant, two bars, a laundry, well stocked shop, telephones, cashpoint, car hire and local tours etc.
The centre of Nerja is 1.5k away, or take the regular dedicated bus (every 20 mins in summer).
Nerja and area
The moorish town of Nerja, only 45 mins from Malaga airport, boasts beautiful sandy blue flag beaches, all within easy reach of the apartment. Its quaint narrow winding alleys surrounded by white washed shops and restaurants will provide endless memorable evenings out for all.
Nearby are the Nerja caves (some of the best in Europe, simply breathtaking), the famous Frigiliana village is 10 mins drive, nearby golf courses and in the winter the Sierra Nevada mountains are 90 mins drive.
The sandy Burriana beach is 5 mins drive (or bus) away and boasts shops, sea restaurants, scuba diving etc
