This two bedroomed, two bathroomed apartment is now available for rent. It faces the Mediterranean and from the front terrace you have uninterrupted views stretching from the Spanish coast to the Rock of Gibraltar. Northern Africa can be easily seen on clear days. The evening views are quite simply stunning. The rear terrace faces 3 holes of the new golf course and the mountains behind.
The development entered through security gates has its own large swimming pool and paddling pool. There are showering and changing facilities next to the pool. There is a gymnasium , paddle court and laundry room beside the pool. These are free to guests and owners.

Alcaidesa boasts the only links course on the Costa Del Sol. The course was designed by Peter Alliss following the scottish style. The club house is friendly serving a variety of food and drink. There is also an excellent driving range. All residents of Alcaidesa are eligible for a 25% discount on green fees and buggy hire.
Originally Alcaidesa was famed for its glorious beaches which stretch for over three miles. During the summer months there are several cafes / bars operating on the beach.
The area has all the facilities one would expect of an upmarket area without the crowds associated further up the coast. However the new motorway system means the busier areas are but a short drive away!
GIBRALTAR 6 miles
Apart from its historical attractions and the lure of duty free shopping it has an excellent harbour brimming with restaurants. From the harbour there are dolphin trips, diving trips, fishing expeditions and boat hire. There is also a Safeway supermarket open 7 days per week!
LA LINEA 5 miles
A typical spanish town bordering Gibraltar. Fantastic street market on Wednesday mornings and an indoor food market on Saturday mornings. The town centre has been pedestrianised and has a large variety of shops and cafes.
Off the motorway at Junction 112 is an enormous Factory Outlet for Clothing and several hypermarkets.
TARIFA 15 miles
This is now the recognised centre for wind surfing in Southern Europe. Full range of facilities available.
SOTOGRANDE 6 miles
Sophisticated area with golf and polo. The harbour boasts grand boats, restaurants and shops.
GOLFERS PARADISE
Across from Alcaidesa are the two courses of San Roque. Spanish Open 2005 was held there. Next we come to Valdaramma and Alhuin. Within 20 miles there are approximately another 18 golf courses.
