Ten golf courses are within a fifteen minute drive from the apartment. Also ten minutes away is the la Hedionda spa where Julius Caesar once bathed in the holistic sulphuric waters.
Inland about seven kilometers perched precipitiously on the side the beautiful Sierra Bermeja mountains lies the "Pueblos Blancos" or white villages of Casares, no photos can serve to do these unique villages justice. These are a must see.
This smaller development is staffed with full time groundkeepers, and twenty four hour security guards.

The Apartment right on the beach has many upgrades and is equipped and furnished to the highest standards, with spacious rooms, modern kitchen and a terraza ideally suited for al fresco dining. La Perla has 24 hour security, electronic gates, video entrance system, underground parking with elevator to all floors and private access to a secure and pristine beach. Located in the center of Costa Del Sol there are 10 golf courses within 15 minutes of the Apartment. The village of Sabillinas is a 10 minute stroll along the beach. The marina at Puerto de la Duquesa is a 5 minute drive, and the trendy night-life of Puerto Banus and Marbella is 20 minutes away. Here you will find an ideal balance of relaxed living with easy access to every imaginable amenity.

You are surrounded by things to do at La Perla. In the area of Manilva you will find extensive uncrowded beaches that boast the blue flag of Europe. The village itself with its old Roman ruins is a classic example of Andelucian antiquity. Stroll along the beach to the village of Sabinillas - now upscale and modern with fine dining establishments. Stop off at a beach bar along the way. Stroll further down to Puerto De La Duquesa and Duquesa marina. Here you will find restaurants, bars and cafes. The vast choice of eating and drinking options include, French, Italian, Chinese , Indian, Thai, and of course Spanish with with its fresh local fish. Banks, pharmacy, supermarkets, hairdressers, gymnasium, marine facilities with boats to rent, and live music There is an enjoyable but restrained night-life here. There are pleasant day trips to Gibralter (30 minutes) Granada, or Seville (2.5 hours) and a ferry ride to Morroco will give you a peek into Africa and ancient Moorish culture.

Everyday essentials are available in Sabillinas 5 minutes away, a large supermarket, A.T.M. and pharmacy supplies, newspapers from home, seafood restaurants, Cosmpolitian life can be found 25 minutes away in the Jet-Set city of Marbella. Shopping experieces of every kind are available ranging from the upscale El Corte Ingles, Spains premier department store, to the sprawling La Canada mall just outside Marbella, to the infinite variety of small shops and boutiques lining the cobble stone streets of old Marbella. Just before Marbella, is the International resort of Puerto Banus with its millionaire playground of floating palaces and luxury cars. In addition to the yatchs, the port is chock full of all the appropriate designer names such as Verace, Aramni, and Donna Karen, for the most discerning shoppers.
