Holiday villa for rent in Pinar de Campoverde

Pinar de Campoverde is set in a tranquil area amongst orange and lemon groves and pine trees. The village centre is just around the corner from the villa and has several bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, supermarket and a large open-air Swimming Pool which is open to the public between June and September - 12 am to 8-00 pm. There is a small street market on Sunday mornings. On the other side of the village near the Rio Seco area are several tennis courts, basketball, football and large public swimming pool.

The nearest town to the south of the village is Pilar De La Horadada, where you can join the A-37 Alicante-Cartegena auto-route or acces the beaches of the Mediterranean. There are several sandy beaches stretching from El Mojon to Mil Palmeras and a small marina at Torre De La Horadada. This is a 15 minute drive from the villa.

Campoverde is 12 mins from the nearest beach (by car).

Recently opened Lo Romano golf course 5 minute drive away: located between Campoverde & Pilar.

The living area is divided into:kitchen with fitted cupboards, gas & electric rings, gas oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. The air -conditioned lounge area has a sofa with matching armchair, gas fire, satellite TV and dresser unit, dining table and 4 chairs.

There are 2 double bedrooms. One furnished with a double bed the second with single beds. Each bedroom has a large built in wardroom with shelves, night-stand and lamp. The room with the double bed is air conditioned.

The shower room has a very user friendly large walk-in 1 metre square shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.

Outside the front veranda has a breakfast table and 4 chairs. There is another table on the rear patio and chairs, small drinks table and chairs and loungers with cushions and umbrella.

The 180m2 plot is fully enclosed with palm trees to the front. Parking for at least two vehicles. The rear patio area is fully enclosed for privacy.Stairs at the side of the bungalow take you up to the sun terrace that covers the whole roof area (80 m2).

The villa is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Plenty of cutlery, glasses, saucepans, bottle and wine bottle openers etc.

There is a strict no smoking policy within the villa.

The refundable deposit is returned within 10 days at the end of the stay on confirmation from our agent that there are no breakages or damages. This deposit is non-refundable on cancellation. Full payment required 6 weeks prior to stay. Key details and local contact details will be provided on receipt of full payment. Laundry, cleaning and advice included in 50E payable in cash locally at the end of your stay.

Butane gas cylinders are not included in the rental cost and should be replaced by the client when empty. These are for the hot water & kitchen hob.

You must obtain your own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations, delay etc.
