This delightful rustic villa is conveniently located just 10 minutes drive from the pretty hillside village of Competa, known locally as the "pearl of the Axarquia". Visually stunning the villa seems almost luminescent against the backdrop of the Sierra Almijara mountains.

The villa sits in a 3,000 meter plot with newly planted lemon and almond trees sharing the vista with the ancient olive trees. It is located 20 meters down a private concrete drive, just 2 minutes walk from the "Pavo Real Restaurant" just off the Torrox to Competa road.

The accommodations consists of 3 double bedrooms. 1 en-suite shower room and 1 large family bathroom, a large living / dining area with a fully fitted kitchen and seperate utility room.

The villa is south facing with two terraces and a delightful shaded veranda.
The views are simply stunning from all around the property. The upper terrace has a planted area with a wonderful old olive tree and traditional terracotta sun terracing surrounding the kidney shaped swimming pool ( the pool is very deep) A large BBQ, and ample sun lounges and teak dining furniture are all provided for your enjoyment.
The lower terrace is tiled with terracotta tiles, planted with young fruit trees, and makes a delightfully peaceful sun terrace.

Further south there is a beautiful stretch of coastline with cliffs and small sandy bays. Located just 20 mins drive is the delightful beach side town of Torre Del Mar with over four kms of sandy beaches lined with restaurants and bars. Nerja to the east, a 30 mins drive, boasts 16 kms of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water.

We provide a personal meet and greet service to all our clients together with driving directions from Malaga Airport. You will be met at the agreed meeting point by our villa Managers who will accompany you to the villa and explain how everything works.

An optional grocery welcome pack is available at a cost of €10 milk,bread,butter,water,orange juice,1 large bottle of beer and 1 bottle of wine.
