The villa was partly renovated recently with practical furnishings. It has been used as a holiday resort for just one year. Feedback from tenants have been extremely positive. The two floors of the villa are independently served with its own kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The ground floor has two bedrooms with 2 beds in each. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, deep freezer, and dinning table. It is served with a bathroom cum toilet. The upper floor has a living room with Swedish stove, TV, CD player, stereo unit. The living room exits on one side to a veranda with a good sea view. The opposite side exits to the dinning room and the terrace. Each of the veranda, the dinning room and the terrace has a dinning table enough for eight. There are two bedrooms served with two bathrooms cum toilets. One bedroom has a double be and the other has a single bed. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. Other facilities in the villa include central heating, barbecue, pool side deck chairs (3), car port for two cars and space for an additional small car. Important : not suitable for wheelchair. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking villa.
