The large terrace area with outdoor barbecue is immediately adjacent to the kitchen for ease of Sky TV with Wi-Fi. TV offers 200+ channels inc all terrestrial UK channels and all 4 Sky sports movies and family packages. There are 5 bedrooms: two doubles with superking size beds, one double en suite and adjacent twin which used to be a dining room and two twin bedrooms upstairs. The master superking bedroom features an en suite bathroom with corner bath and shower, and a large dressing area with exceptional wardrobe space. It opens on to a generous terrace. The two king size bedrooms also have Sky and DVDs and memory foam mattress bedrooms are on the upper floor with the exception of one double and twin and guests will enjoy the spaciousness of each room. The villa also provides two shower rooms with toilet. The lounge area is open plan to the kitchen which is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven and dishwasher. The lounge is also equipped with video, selection of videos and DVD player.There is also a CD player with a selection of CDs and some games. There is a laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine, tumble dryer and a drying area terrace has a covered area ideal for outdoor dining which is next to the kitchen and barbecue area. The pool is equipped with an outdoor shower. Sun loungers are provided. There is a car port in the drive to shade the car from the sun. There is also a ample shaded areas for the children to play. There are two secluded beaches nearby with beach restaurant and bar. The Pepe La Sal supermarket is a short drive within the Cumbre and there is a restaurant and bar adjacent. A shopping complex of 40 units is now open and this is within easy walking distance of the villaand includes an Irish pub that serves meals. Further restaurants and bars are within easy reach. Many good golf courses are within a short drive.

20% deposit required at time of booking, provisional bookings can be made by telephone or email and will be held for an agreed length of time. Published rental charges for the periods 28th June to 29th August 2009 include use of the pool heating system. Additional costs for use of pool heating are applicable to the rental charges for all other published periods. These can be confirmed on request. Damage deposit £200 per week
