The bedroom opens on to a generous terrace. All bedrooms are on the upper floor with the exception of one double and guests will enjoy the spaciousness of each room. The lounge area is open plan to the kitchen which is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven and dishwasher. The lounge has TV, video, selection of videos and DVD player and satellite TV which offers access to all major British terrestial channels as well as a Sky Family and sport package. Guests from France, Italy, Germany, The Netherlands and Spain will also enjoy access to national television channels. There is also a CD player with a selection of CDs and some games. There is a laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine and a drying area outside. There is a seperate dining room for up to 12 persons. The terrace has a covered area ideal for outdoor dining which is next to the kitchen and barbecue area. The pool is equipped with an outdoor shower. Sun loungers are provided. There is a car port in the drive to shade the car from the sun. There is also a ample shaded areas for the children to play. There are two secluded beaches nearby with beach restaurant and bar. The Pepe La Sal supermarket is a short drive within the Cumbre and there is a restaurant and bar adjacent. A shopping complex of 40 units is now open and this is within easy walking distance of the villa. There is a Chinese which also served Thai and Japonese dishes, two tapas bars and restaurants and a more formal restaurant. There is also a CAM bank, newsagent and other shopping units with an Irish Pub. Many good golf courses are within an easy drive.
