Valley View apartment forms part of the Pueblo Monte Cala a prestigious development on La Cumbre del Sol.
The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms (one double and one twin). The living area is comfortably furnished and extends into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is tiled and contains toilet, washbasin and shower.
The whole apartment is tastefully furnished to reflect the owners modern taste. A television, and CD Player are provided for your entertainment and you have shared (security key) access to a private infinity pool. A restaurant, bar, pharmacy, shops and a fantastic beach are all within a short drive. The apartment has a floor area covering more than 90sq meters and car parking is freely available. The apartment is equiped with air conditioning.
Outstanding views can be enjoyed from the spacious private terrace with sunbeds provided.
Cumbre del Sol is a high quality resort that includes a well stocked supermarket, bank, with restaurant, cafe, pharmacy, tennis courts and horseriding nearby. It has its own beach (Playa Moraig) with bar and restaurant (seasonal). There is also a nature park adjacent to the resort that offers good walking routes. Private medical clinic (Clinica Asistel) open 24 hrs. Three minutes drive from apartment to all amenities, and five minutes to Cumbre del Sol beach.
We recommend you hire a car to explore this beautiful part of the Costa Blanca. Visit Moraira with its sandy beaches (L ampolla and El Portet, both hold EEC blue flag). The Marina at Moraira is only a few minutes away by car.
There is a good choice of restaurants, cafes, and shops in Moraira and the surrounding areas. The nearest golf course is Javea approx 10 minutes drive with 4 other within easy reach. The towns of Benidorm, Calpe, Altea and Denia are within easy reach.
The Terra Mitica Theme park, Safari Animal park and Aqualandia Water park are 30 - 40 minutes away.
