LUXURY APARTMENT, 10MINS TO MARBELLA, 20 MINS TO PUERTO BANUS, AND 15 MINUTES FROM FUENGIROLA. OVERLOOKING CABOPINO GOLF COURSE AND NEAR TO OTHER COURSES IN ELVERIA AND MARBELLA.

This complex is called La Reserva de Marbella and is securely locked at all times, so only guests and residents will have the use of the facilities. Life guards on duty in high season. Each apt. has its own allocated underground parking space. Balcony is south facing. Bed Linen and towels supplied. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.
La Reserva de Marbella, also known as Las Chapas, is set on the coast between Puerto Cabopino and Elviria. 10 minutes drive to Marbella town. A local market is within 10 minutes drive, every Wednesday and Saturday mornings at La Cala. A bus service is about five minutes walk, however a car is recommended for this area, both for shopping and generally getting around the whole coastline. A lovely 20 minute walk to Marbesa beach (5 mins in the car) offering lots of restaurants for lunch/dinner.

GOLF- The Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise. This Apartment is ideally situated for golfers looking for comfort and convenience. It is adjacent to Cabopino Golf course with its beautiful 18 hole course and magnificent sea views. Also situated opposite Don Carlos Hotel, you have Santa Maria Golf Course, and in the opposite direction you have several courses all within 15 minutes drive, such as La Cala North and South, also the beautiful new Santana course. Within walking distance from the apt. you have Ankes Bar and Bistro, a Chinese restaurant, and an Opencor supermarket .
