THE BEACH HOUSE. A great family home with all the extras. Wonderful sea views and you can walk to Cala Verde and Pou des Lleo or drive to the beach at Aguas Blancas in 10 min.
This lovely home is on 2 levels. There is an extra chill out room and kitchenette downstairs, designed for teenage children so everyone has that extra apace of their own.
The sitting room, lounge and master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs with a large terrace overlooking the sea, complete with hamac, cane furniture and tables ideal for breakfast. There is a huge courtyard outside the back with rattan furniture and outdoor lighting throughout the garden and speakers connected to the sound system. There are stairs leading to a roof terrace that is perfect for star gaziing or watching the moon rise over the sea. Downstairs are two further bedrooms, a chill out room with two sofa-beds, kitchen and further bathroom with an outside terrace and a BBQ area.
The house has everything you could possibly need, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Lots of Kitchen equipment and dishes plus all the things one forgets,suntan lotion, straw hats etc. Even goggles and flippers in the garage.
