A ground floor apartment with a shady balcony and sun terrace overlooking the communal pool.

The apartment has a small patio to the rear, security grills and shutters fitted to all windows and doors for your complete safety and is also air conditioned.

Carabassi beach is only 1000 metres from the apartment for those who wish to relax on a beautiful unspoilt beach.

A new road train now runs down to the beach and around Gran Alacant for 1.50 euro.

The apartment is within a 5 minute walking distance of some fine restaurants that provide spanish, italian, chinese and indian cuisine as well as offering takeaway services.

There is a bus service that runs along the coast road from Santa Pola to Alicante. The apartment is also close to a local supermarket, bank and chemist.

On Thursday mornings a regular market is held just a short walk away (2mins) from the apartment.

Although only 10 minutes from Alicante airport the apartment is NOT under the flight path.

Gran Alacant has a mild climate all year round so is ideal for those off-peak holidays in spring and autumn.

For your convenience, on the day of departure, you will not be asked to vacate the apartment until you wish to leave for your flight.

Apartment cannot be rented less than 7 days.

Hi My wife Annie, and I are from England we have rented out our apartment for 5 years now. We have a key person Wendy who meets our clients from the airport if required and she can be called on if any problems arise.
We know the surrounding area well now and can provide tips on restaurants to try,things to do, places to visit etc

we have a good time at the place but it was not so clean

1st Sept Kapcia We were fortunate or not in this case to stay at our apartment after these people left, so we told our cleaner to leave the apartment and we would clean it, These people have remarked on how clean the apartment was,but not how they left our apartment of which we had the misfortune to clean up after them, So if they thought the apartment was not clean how come they left our apartment in such a state. I think this review is unfair because they should practise what they preach.
