The apartment is on the 9th floor with spectaculars views of the surrounding area. It is situated in a new urbanisation of Playa Paraiso near the salt lakes and front line to the lovely warm waters of the Mar Menor.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place to be, but close by there is a variety of interests eg watersports on both the Mar Menor and the la Manga Strip so you have the best of two seas! As well as divng for marine life and shipwrecks. Go kart circuit, hiking and bird watching in the beautiful Calblanque nature reserve and cycle tracks. There are 3 golf courses within easy driving distance.

Playa Honda is situated 2minutes walk from the apartments with several restaurants, local supermarket, pharmacy, beach cafe, quad hire and a small shop selling beach toys and ice creams. During the summer months there are a few stalls selling home made crafts on the promenade.

Cabo de Palos is approx. 5 minutes drive away this a beautiful fishing harbour with fantastic sea food restaurants, in the summer season if you what too dance the night away there are a few night clubs, two supermarkets and a great sunday market.

La Manga club is approx. 10 -15minutes drive with Golf, tennis, spa and shops. If you fancy a gamble the casino is situated at the Hywett hotel, also bars and childrens daycare is available for non members all year round ( but advance booking is advisable).

Historical town of Cartagena and sophisticated town of Murcia are within easy driving distance.

The nearest airport is St Javier approx. 25 minutes drive and Alicante just over an hours drive. Taxi service can be arranged.

Outside balcony with sea views has patio furniture. Both hot and Cold air- conditioning. Shared swimming pool and childrens pool (open June - September). Underground parking.

Linen and Towels provide and you will be greeted on arrival.
