Description: |
Our new apartment is within a small secure complex with well kept gardens and a community swimming pool,which has a shower/toilet facility.The apartment has air conditioning/heating and there is a lift and garage parking for one car.
The apartment is within 5minutes walk of the beach and nearby is a modern supermarket and many restaurants and Spanish bars.Many of these serve locally caught sardines, which are very popular,together with other locally caught fish.
For the golfer the Anoreta Golf club house is only 5minutes away.Anoreta Golf is a mature course having been established since 1990.To the east , some 15minutes drive along the motorway is Baviera golf course.this is a newer course but is maturing well.A short motorway drive to the west is the Costa del Golf which of course has many well known golf courses.
Nearby many other activities are available including swimming,fishing,snorkeling,walking,tennis,mountain biking,go karting and in the winter skiing in the Sierra Nevada, only a 90minute drive away.
The tourist will also find many places of interest to visit.The popular town of Nerja,famous for its caves and the Balcon de Europa is worth a visit as are the white villages some of the most popular being Frigiliana,Competa,Comares and Mijas.The lakes and mountains of the Axarquia offer a complete change from the coastal area and a drive inland to Lake Vinuela and the Sierra Tejeda National Park would be well worthwhile.Andalucia was ruled over by the Moors for hundreds of years and their influence can be seen everywhere.The cosmopolitan city of Malaga,a favourite of ours,is a must for the Culture Vulture as is Granada and its world famous Alhambra.A bit further afield are Cordoba and Sevilla.
Malaga airport only 30km. on the motorway.Nearest junction to the apartment only 2km.away.

The full cost of the rental is due on arrival at the apartment and is payable in Euros.The deposit will be held by us until completion of the rental period and will be refunded not later than 10 days after departure.In the unlikely event of any damage/breakages, the money will be used for repairs/replacements and the balance will be forwarded to you with the receipts. |
