This villa is situated in Calonge, on the Costa Brava. The property sleeps 8 and is located in a quiet, residential and privileged site surrounded by Mediterranean pine trees between Platja d´Aro and Palamos. Only 4km from an attractive beach and a magnificent coastal path, the villa has views both to the sea and a nearby virgin mountainous zone.

The villa
There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area and dining area both have seating for 8 people. There is also a TV, radio, board games, books and toys. The kitchen is fitted with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The terrace has a big barbeque.

Outside the villa
In the garden (1,000 m2) there is a private swimming pool, terrace, barbecue and garden furniture. Sports and activities which can be undertaken locally include golf, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, walking, horseriding, jet ski, go-karting, aqua park, sports complex, swimming, flora and fauna and sea fishing.

Nearby the villa
Nearby you can walk along the pedestrian sea promenade and arrive at a magnificent coastal path. The European Environmental Education Foundation gave the blue flag for the quality of these coastal waters. Pleasant roads invite you to wander along the coast or through vineyards, fields and forests by foot or bicycle or to discover typical Catalan farmhouses. You can also rent a boat to see the wonderful bays and go to the fishing village to taste the traditional gastronomy like suquet, gambes or black rice. Platja dAro offers many bars and discotheques. Due to its generous nature and to the hospitality of its inhabitants, Calonge, in the best area of the Costa Brava will offer you magical and intense holidays. Just 500m from the villa there is a very nice tennis complex with swimming pool and restaurant.

The location provides easy access for shopping, local markets, bars and restaurants. The villa is just 110km from Barcelona, 40 km from Figueres, 30km from Girona and only 140km from Perpignan in France.
