The moment you enter the front door you will be impressed by the large, marble reception area and monumental, wrought iron stairway. The property has beautiful white marble in all rooms on the ground floor and wood in the bedrooms upstairs.
Inside the villa on the first floor you will find a spacious and comfortable master bedroom equipped with a twin bed, airconditioning and an en-suite bathroom, a walk in dress room, the room is directly connected to a large solarium terrace. The other -airconditioned- bedroom on the first floor –with two single beds- features a private sun terrace and an en-suite bathroom as well. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has two single beds and an adjacent bathroom.
The flat tropical garden features fruit trees such as figs, lemons, avocado and bananas and has a well kept grass area.
For our winterguests did we install a powerful central heating system, thermostatically controlled, a not so common feature in this part of the world but very comfortable indeed.
This property is situated in the exclusive Monte de los Almendros residential area with access to common facilities such as two communal pools –one large for adults and a small, shallow pool for children-, tennis court, children soccer field and kiosk. The beaches are just a few minutes drive and can be found at the foot of the Almond Hill.
