“Villa Kymtorica” is a south-facing detached and spacious air-conditioned holiday home, furnished to an exceptionally high standard. There are three attractively furnished double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious principal bedroom has a large en-suite with bath, shower and bidet, and walk-in wardrobe. The generously proportioned lounge / dining room offers satellite TV/radio, DVD, and double patio doors leading onto a large, covered balcony overlooking the private pool and terraces – with seating for 6 people to enjoy shade from the sun!
The well equipped fully fitted oak kitchen comprises dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, juicer and cooker. The kitchen leads onto a separate utility with washing machine and steps leading to an solarium.
This villa is equipped to an exceptionally high standard, with all floors and walls finished in high quality ceramic tiles, furnishings – bedspreads, curtains and linen.
For sun lovers there are extensive sun terraces and sun loungers, chairs and umbrella, with a separate BBQ area with seating for 8 people. The gardens surrounding the pool are attractively landscaped with plants, shrubs and trees. With private parking for one vehicle. The villa has an alarm.
This villa is set in the peace and tranquillity of a residential area yet has the benefit of shops, supermarkets, markets, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

La Marina / San Fulgencio area
The Costa Blanca “White Coast” offers virtually year-round sunshine making it one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe. Despite its popularity, the Costa Blanca remains one of the most scenic areas of Spain where unspoilt fishing villages and historic towns lie between miles of white sandy beaches.
Within a two minute drive, the town of La Marina offers a leisure complex, gym, badminton, jeep safari, hang gliding, balloon flights, quad bikes, bowling green, water sports, water parks, horse riding, nature walks and evening entertainment.
Within a short drive there are mile after mile of unspoiled blue flag sandy beaches, two Championship golf courses, stunningly beautiful scenic countryside and places of historic interest.
The lively and vibrant towns of Guadamar, Elche (park of palms), Murcia (gardens and theatre), Cartagena (Roman settlement), Santa Pola, Alicante are all within easy reach from the villa by car or bus, and offer a large choice of Chinese, Indian, Italian, English and Spanish restaurants, bars and night clubs, a large French hypermarket and Carrefour, Lidl supermarket, and an impressive shopping mall, Haberneras.
Torrevieja is 20 minutes away by car, with nature parks, salt lagoons, and Europe’s best healing climate according to the World Health Organisation - especially beneficial for those with rheumatism, asthma or skin problems.
There are many museums, caves and castles to explore. A short boat trip away is the Island of Tabarca well worth a visit, and for quieter days how about a hot air balloon ride or a jeep safari. The area has many fiestas throughout the year along with special events such as Party in the Park in Torrevieja and the La Marina fun day in May.
For entertainment for all the family you can visit the famous Disney style Terra-Mitica theme park in Benidorm, boasting two Aqua parks, Safari Park and lots of shops .
La Marina is only a 20 minute drive south from Alicante airport.
British Airways, BMI, Easyjet, Jet2, Monarch and Ryanair all serve Alicante and Murcia airports from the UK. We can arrange taxis or low cost car hire - please ask for quote.
