Description: |
This one bedroom apartment is in a lovely complex on the first floor. Consists of bathroom and one bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, a double sofa bed in the lounge area. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 people. Apartment has cooking facilities with kettle, toaster and microwave. Iron and ironing board are also available. There is a patio doors out on to a nice south facing terrace area with table and chairs. There is a communal swimming pool which is open most of the year and during high season there is a kiosk open . The apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance from bars, beach and restaurants. The area around the apartment is flat although the apartment is only accessed by 2 flights of stairs (approx 16 steps)Airports- From Alicante we are approx 1 hour and 15 minutes and Murcia (San Javier) approx 45 minutes.
Car Hire is available from each airport and advise pre booking before you arrive. We can arrange taxi hire for you to the apartment fare is 50 euros each way minimum 2 people, maximum 4 - this can be booked in advance and is payable on arrival. We can also arrange local car hire if required.
