Dining or just relaxing on the terrace, which is really a second outdoor living space, fully furnished with a comfortable sofa, chairs, dining table and chairs. Our houses are South facing and are both overlooking the pool area, you can enjoy a gin & tonic and watch the sun go down - its heaven! The properties can each accommodate a maximum of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 children , ideal for sharing costs between 2 families and makes this luxury accommodation very cost effective. To enjoy maximum comfort for adults we would recommend no more than 6 adults in a party.
KIDS ZONE - In summer 2007 we had a fantastic childrens play area constructed in the complex, where there are swings, sea-saw and football 7 aside goals, we have found this to be a real asset this year which the children have enjoyed immensley. The play area ia a real safe haven for children young and old!
A Little more information Our Townhouse is superbly located on the front line of Atalaya & El Paraiso golf courses with lovely mountain views and is only 5 minutes drive away from spectacular beaches. It is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with a large swimming pool as well as a children’s pool where there are showers, toilets and changing facilities as well as a barbeque and seating area for your total enjoyment. It occupies a convenient yet peaceful position. Facilities include two 18 hole golf courses El Paraiso and Atalaya with 4* El Paraiso Hotel ,which has evening entertainment on during the summer months, just a 5 minute stroll away, there are 3 Andalusian style restaurants metres from the house which is very convenient for those who enjoy good food and wine on your doorstep!
Children are not forgotten and this property boasts everything you need to entertain children, we have satellite TV, a selection of DVDs and toys, all for your own use whilst holidaying at our property.
Golf Information The area between Gibraltar and Malaga is a paradise for golfers as there are nearly fifty courses to choose from including Valderrama which was the venue chosen for the 1997 Ryder Cup and has been described as Europes finest.There is even Europes first floodlit course, La dama de Noche for those of you who may wish to play 24 hours a day. El Paraiso and Atalaya Golf Courses are already on your doorstep so these would be a good place to start!

Our property is a home from home and offers you a fully fitted kitchen incl. microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. Satellite TV / DVD and CD player are available for your exclusive use. The property boasts marble floors throughout, airconditioning and fireplace. Al Fresco dining is a must on holiday and there are 3 fantastic terraces for your enjoyment. Secure parking is available directly at the villa.
The complex has extensive grounds with palm trees, a water feature which runs through the gardens as well as a very safe childrens play area with swings, sea-saw and 7 aside football goals! We would recommend the complex to families with children, it offers you a wonderful relaxed holiday where children are safe and can enjoy the freedom the complex offers to them!

OCTOBER 2008 DATES SPECIAL RATE OF £650 PER WEEK, BOOK NOW! RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES, GOLFERS, GREAT LOCATION. 2009 bookings confirmed by October 31st will recieve a 10% discount on scheduled rental rates above. We have 2 South Facing townhouses available in the same complex which are 200 metres apart, both are identical in size and are beautifully furnished. We can offer accommodation to parties of 6-8 in each house. Please email me with your required dates as bookings already confirmed may only cover 1 of our 2 houses. A 30% deposit is required to secure booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A £200 security deposit is required with the balance payment and will be returned in full within 4 weeks of departure assuming no damage has been recorded.
We are flexible on arrival /departure days in all seasons. |
