We would like to introduce you to the Los Naranjos de Marbella development, located 800m from Puerto Banus, the centre of one of the most beautiful and affluent areas of Spain. Los Naranjos is ideally positioned to benefit from all the local attractions and yet maintain a peaceful and relaxing setting for your holiday.

Los Naranjos has numerous swimming pools, tennis and paddle courts a Restaurant with pool, a wonderful supermarket with fresh fish, meats, fruits and vegetables, making it an ideal location for your family holiday.

In Puerto Banus there are two large modern shopping centres, numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques as well as the famous harbour accommodating some of the Mediterraneans finest yachts.

Los Naranjos is surrounded by some of the country’s finest golf courses, namely, La Quinta Golf & Country Club; Aloha Golf Club; Golf La Dama de Noche; Real Club de Golf Las Brisas and Los Naranjos Golf Club.

The historic and beautiful town of Marbella is a 2 minute drive away or take a leisurely stroll along the promenade from Puerto Banus to Marbella to discover the many great attractions for all the family.

Los Naranjos is a 30 minute drive from Malaga Airport.

APARTMENT DETAILS:

This three bedroom penthouse duplex apartment is furnished to a very high standard throughout, with two twin rooms downstairs, shower room, fully fitted kitchen and lounge opening onto a south facing terrace. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and west facing terrace. The sun shines from morning until night on our two terraces.

The apartment has a bedroom safe, 24 hour on site security, air conditioning/ heating which is included in the rental. The flat screen television receives UK Digital TV.

For the comfort of our guests, the apartment is non smoking, however ashtrays have been provided for use on the terraces.

Rental is available throughout the year.

Notes
In order to secure a reservation, a 20% deposit will be required on confirmation of your booking, with the balance being paid 12 weeks prior to your stay, unless departure date is within the 12 weeks period when full payment will be required upon confirmation of booking. We also require a security deposit of £400.00 or EUR 400 together with the balance of the rental cost. The security deposit will be returned to you once you have returned the keys to us and an inventory has been completed.
