The bright, airy cave sleeps up to eight and is available for rent all year round. It is convientely situated approximately 40 minutes from Alicante airport. There is a pickup/dropoff taxi and a 8 people car hire available.
In the tiny Spanish hamlet of Chinorlet, 8kms from Pinoso, 10kms from Monovar. It nestles in the beauty of Spain’s diverse countryside, amidst vineyards, olive groves and marble mountains. You can enjoy time with friends and family.
The cave is ideally situated for those who wish to be away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded coastline and packed tourist beaches, and those who want to embody that essential Spanish attitude to life – enjoyment of the present!! Sample wines from the local bodegas, one can make a purchase at 1 Euro per litre. you can also join in the many fiestas and indulge in the traditional tapas and paella. Restaurants are within strolling distance away, many golf courses are within a 20 minute radius, the area is ideal for cycling and rambling and of course a short 30 minute drive to Spain’s most beautiful golden sandy beaches. There is a fully stock book, video and cd Library. Now with woodburner and satellite.

Welcome packs are available on request.(payment to the house keeper).
Mini Clean available at 20 Euros.
Transport available upon request ie, 8 seater car hire, pick up drop off Airport runs,shopping trips ect. There is ample secure parking. Our luxurious large (10m by 5m) swimming pool with shower, has many poolside accessories for all ages and a very large barbecue area will accommodate all the family’s needs.
Also there is a new Pool Bar next to palm tress

The Cave Chinorlet - wonderful location.

I have stayed at The Cave on 2 occasions. It was clean and well presented. We were in the area on a climbing holiday and after a days climbing The Cave was a most welcome location to return to, relaxing around the pool drinking a cold beer or three.Chinorlet is a perfect destination for visitors to experience a taste of old style Spain. Wonderful accommodation and village.

Traditional Spanish Village

Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Not your typical Spanish tourist resort, this is small traditional village with numerous restaurants/bars. Staying in a cave was a new experience to us and so made our holiday that little bit different. Fantastic mountain views all around. Beach and neighbouring towns all easily accessable with hire car.

Great place to stay

We have stayed at The Cave as a family on 3 occasions and I have also stayed there with friends. It is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. Clean, comfortable and very individual. If you want a peaceful place to for a holiday in an unspoilt area then this is the place. The garden and swimming pool are an added bonus and a big hit with our children The small town of Pinoso is only a short drive away for shopping and if you want someting a little more sophisticated then Sax is also not far. In the village Pepe's restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and great food. Highly recommended

family holiday

We stayed at this property for the first week in september and had an amazing holiday.We were a family of eight. The cave house was facinating and the garden,swimming pool, volleyball court, garden, bbq and gazebo were perfect.Situated in a small quiet village the house is in a great postion, very quiet and not overlooked by anyone,no traffic noise just yourself and the surrounding landscape. Car recommended,as only one small village shop. I would strongly recommend this property. Sally Utting

The village of Chinorlet only has 1 bar & 1 resturant, the resturant meal was OK but a little bit pricy. The Cave could do with a bit of money spent in the kitchen and the welcome pack updated, ref markets and places to eat, simple maps of towns with markets would be good. We were pestered with fly's?? But on the whole good value for money.

Many thanks Martin for your review.Sounds like you had a great time expect the Info. i am so sorry that you did not found the welcome pack folder on your arrival which explains all. Dates and times of the three resturants and shops in Chinorlet. It also has local maps and all the markets info too. Also sorry about the wild life. Cheers Harvey
