Description: |
The Detached Luxury Villa is on a 1200 square metre plot, with a large private pool (10 metres long x 7 metres wide at the maximum point) along with an adjoining Jacuzzi.
It is situated in the residential area of Quesada, but there are also a few commercial and retail units opposite, including a furniture shop, restaurants and a designer wear outlet.
The immaculate three bedroom property is set in an enclosed garden with an abundance of tropical trees and bougainvillea. The villa is fully furnished to a very high standard and has tiled floors throughout. All windows and patio doors have metal shutters for extra security. Ciudad Quesada is easily accessed by the A7 motorway or the N332 coastal road and is 30-40 minutes south of Alicante airport or 30 minutes north of Murcia airport. The town, which is only a five minute walk from the villa, has numerous shops including a bakery, bodega, 24 hour petrol station, butcher, supermarket, pharmacist and restaurants.
Children can enjoy the Aqua Park, Crazy Golf and Go-Karting, which are all located within Quesada.
For the keen golfer, Quesada also has its own 18-hole par 72 La Marquesa Golf Club, and within a short drive at least three further courses including, Villa Martin - a championship course, the neighbouring Campoamor Club and the newly opened La Finca at Algorfa.
The beautiful Blue Flag sandy beaches of Guardamar are only a 10 minute drive away and the newly restored promenade enables you to walk as far as Torrevieja and enjoy a snack at one of the many Tapas Bars on the way. Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and is an ideal place to visit in the evening, with shops being open until 10 pm. The shopping is a must for ladies looking for something special, in one of the many designer shops, or for a bargain buy in the street market. As well as numerous shops, restaurants and bars, there is a spectacular indoor market selling local produce and freshly caught fish.
