The Villa is situated on a very established urbanisation in Alhaurin el Grande. It is in walking distance of the Alhaurin town, and ten minutes away from both Lauro and Alhaurin golf. There are many activities available in the area, and the beaches are as little as twenty minutes away! An hour and a half’s drive takes you to the mountains of Sierra Nevada, and during the winter months you take full advantage of the snow, and go skiing! You could also visit the popular lakes at El Chorro, which are only a forty minute drive from the Villa.
The Villa has been divided into two areas.
Ideal for big families, and groups of friends.
The main area comprises of 3 double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, hot and cold airconditioning and ceiling fans for those hotter months! It has 3 bathrooms,complete with shower, toilet, bath etc. An open plan area upsatiars provides you with a dining room which seats 6, and a fitted kitchen/ diner, with washing machine, oven, microwave , dishwasher, American fridge freezer and all your mod cons. There are 2 lounge areas in the main part of the property, one upstairs and the other downstairs, both with satellite TV, dvd player, internet access, sofas and sofa chairs.
The second part of the property is a self contained apartment, with hot and cold airconditioning, and ceiling fans in every room. The apartment has two double bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom adjoining both bedrooms, a kitchen with cooker, microwave, sink, fridge freezer and washing machine. It also has an open plan lounge/ dining area, complete with satalite tv, internet access,dvd player,sofas and sofa chairs.
Once outside, not only can you gaze at the breathtaking panoramic views, but you can also relax on one of the many patio areas surrounding the property. There are plenty of shaded areas, and also plenty of sun loungers for those wanting to catch a tan! There is a large swimming pool 10x5m, with an all over depth of 1.40m. There are 2 barbeque areas,(one gas the other coal) both with outside seating areas which both seat six people. The property is entered through an electric gate, onto a gravel drive which holds 5 cars.
