Description: |
The apartment is situated on a very established urbanisation in Alhaurin el Grande. It is in walking distance of the Alhaurin town, and ten minutes away from both Lauro and Alhaurin golf. There are many activities available in the area, and the beaches are as little as twenty minutes away! In an hour and a half’s drive you can reach the mountains of Sierra Nevada, and during the winter months take full advantage of the snow, and go skiing! You could also visit the popular lakes at El Chorro, which are only a forty minute dirve from the apartment.
The apartment is below a villa, which is inhabited by the owners and their family. The accommodation comprises of 2 twin bedrooms which sleep four, each with fitted wardrobes, and an adjoining bathroom which can be entered from either room; complete with shower, toilet, bath etc. An open plan area provides you with a fitted kitchen, with washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a spacious sitting area, complete with satellite TV, sofa, sofa chairs and a CD radio, which is adjoining to a comfortable dinning area for four. This area has hot and cold air-conditioning, and the rest of the apartment has fitted fans.
Once outside, not only can you gaze at the breathtaking panoramic views, but you can also relax on the patio areas surrounding the property, purely for relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a large swimming pool, and barbeque area, which can be used at any time.Car hire is essential
